Support for VECTOR datatype (4375880)

Oracle 23ai has a new datatype called VECTOR.  It’s basically a specialized CLOB that’s used for returning query results that are “close to” but not exactly matching whatever you put in the query.   Vectors are their big AI feature. Right now it is possible to run SQL using vector search in any version of Toad.
Enhancement request TOR-8201 has been created to extract table DDL with VECTOR datatypes, along with other things that involve the GUI.
