Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Remove comments with commas in SQL Statements from the CSV file using a text editor.

Use the built-in Top SQL statements report

Create a custom view with PI SQL data as described in KB 4233419
STATUS
FOG-8209 has been logged as an Enhancement Request to add PDF or Excel export options for SQL Statements to SQL PI. This will be reviewed by Product Management for consideration in a future release of Foglight. -
