Unable to create a SQL PI repository database while trying to connect with LOCAL USER.
While trying to connect to PI repository instance using a local user, receiving this error message: Failed to establish connection to the SQL PI repository. no mssql-jdbc_auth-9.2.0.x64 in java.library.path

WORKAROUND Contact Support for a hotfix for this issue.
STATUS This issue has been logged as defect FOG-5827 and has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release of the Foglight database cartridges.
