The integration steps are completed with message "Foglight is connected ServiceNow instance successfully" but the ServiceNow Integration dashboard shows "Failed to Connected".

From the Service Synchronization tab, Assigned Person and Assigned Group options return results and the connection status temporarily changes to "Connected".
Category selection does not return results and the connection status changes back to 'Failed to Connected'.
