Description
Error while restoring or Archiving from EM app. Archive Restore not working - COM ERROR Access is denied 0x80070005. ConnectToHSM() failed. CoCreateInstanceEx ERROR.
Cause
Firewall restriction or other communication problem.
Resolution
Install Windows updates on affected FileServer + reboot Turn off firewall/AV activities completely
