Description
Image-level backup of VMware Windows systems with deduplicated or compressed (Compress contents to save disk space) volumes completes fine. When file indexing is enable, the job might display a warning message or none. The following entries might be found on the job logs:
Starting File Level Index
Unsupported Filesystem on '[Datastore]VM.vmdk-Partition'
Completed File Indexing
When recovering one or more files from these savesets, the restore job completes OK, but files are corrupted.
