Incorrect measuring unit in DBSS - Log Flush Wait Time alarm message
Description
In the DBSS_Database_Info collection (alarm relay on collection) the Log Flush Wait Time (in Milliseconds) divided by 1000, collection output in seconds.
In alarm template the threshold in seconds
Alarm message show value retrieved from DBSS_Database_Info (in seconds) with measuring unit ms.
Log Flush Wait Time alarm with correct measuring unit in alarm message sec. instead ms.
currently: Log Flush Wait Time. The database @db_name has a high log flush Wait time of @value ms.
should be: Log Flush Wait Time. The database @db_name has a high log flush Wait time of @value sec.

This issue was logged as defect FOG-4602 and has been fixed in the 6.3.0.10 and higher releases of the SQL Server cartridge.
