SCP was not created or deleted.

Resolution
SCP Deletion and Creation:1. On a DC, launch ADSIedit through Start|Run|ADSIedit.msc.2. Navigate in the domain to the computer object where the coordinator is installed.3. There should be two entries that start off similarly to this: CN=Quest.ChangeAuditor.4. Delete each entry for Quest under the coordinator computer object.5. Restart the coordinator, and it will recreate new, correct SCPs for the coordinator and agents to use. -

Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of objects using ADSI Edit.
