Resolution

Resolution:

1. Close all the Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc) and also Toad Application

2. Go to control panel --> programs and features --> Microsoft 365 Apps for Business

3. Right click and click Change

4. Click Quick Repair --> Repair

5. Then open Toad and retry
