Maintenance Plan Error: Failed to connected to SQL Server. -
Description
When running LiteSpeed backup Maintenance Plan, received error:
Failed to connected to SQL Server xxxxxxx

Cause
The SQL Server is not reachable because LiteSpeed could not resolve the correct ip information.

Resolution
Setup both 32 bit and 64 bit SQL alias using the SQL instances's IP address and port.
