Error: "Common AcAdSwitches LDAP error 0xb. Administration Limit Exceeded" in the DSA log and the (4351543)

Error received in the DSA.log and there are failed objects in the directory synchronization:

"Common AcAdSwitches LDAP error 0xb. Administration Limit Exceeded (00002024: SvcErr: DSID-020507E0, problem 5008 (ADMIN_LIMIT_EXCEEDED), data -1026"

This is an error which is not related to migration tool, for more information review Microsoft Knowledge Base Article ID: 319504 - "Error Message: The name limit for the local computer network adapter card was exceeded". There are multiple possible causes for this error.

The MaxActiveQueries value can be increased by using the Windows 2000 Ntdsutil.exe tool. Refer to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article ID: 271088 - "XGEN: Optimizing Windows 2000 Active Directory Servers with Six or Eight Processors to Run with Exchange 2000" for instructions how to increase the MaxActiveQueries value:
