Cause
This error can occur when the Exchange System Manager on the MessageStats client machine is corrupt. -
Resolution
To fix this issue you need to reinstall Exchange System Manager on the MessageStats client machine using the followings steps:1. Uninstall Exchange System Manager.
2. After it is uninstalled reboot the system.
3. Install the Exchange System Manager.
