How do I automatically change the Display Name format in the CSV files?? (4348227)

The names displayed in the Target Address columns of the CSV files are in the Lastname, Firstname format rather than Firstname Lastname (or vise versa-depending on which format you may prefer).

The 'Display Name' columns of the CSV files are taking on the format set in the 'Display Name Format' dialog box in the GroupWise client.

After you backup your current CSV files:

1) Log into GroupWise client on the GroupWise Migrator Console
2) Click on the 'Address Book' button
3) Select the 'View' menu
4) Select 'Name Format...'
5) Display Name Format dialog box opens up, with a radio button option at the top:

Select 'Show first name then last name' for this format: Firstname Lastname
Select 'Show last name then first name' for this format: Lastname, Firstname

This appears to override any settings set on the GroupWise domain and Post Office.

Affected are the following files:

addresstranslation.csv
userstomigrate.csv
userstomerge.csv
