Customer has a web page that they can access with FireFox, Chrome and IE, but every time WebMonitor tries to access the page it fails.
On further investigation it turns out that the web page in question is programmed to reject browsers based on a list. The page has a list of supported browsers and if a browser that is not on that list attempts to access the page it is rejected. Since WebMonitor identifies it’s browser as “Dell Web Monitor”
RESOLUTION(1):
Add “Dell Web Monitor” to the list of browsers supported by the web page.
