Message when starting the ESSO Console: "The administration session has not been fully initialized" -
Description
When starting the ESSO Console the following message is received:
"The administration session has not been fully initialized. The console will run in restricted mode. Certain features will not be available." -
Cause
The value of LdapUserSrv in the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\FmkServer is incorrect. -
Resolution
Confirm that the user account specified in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\FmkServer\LdapUserSrv is correct.
This must be the account that was specified when the initial setup of Enterprise Single Sign-On was performed.
