When Opening a Subscription Page the following error may be displayed "Attempted to read or write (4346564)

This article describes the issue when MessageStats reports web page shows "Attempted to read or write protected memory" error message when opening a subscription page.

1. Launch Internet Explorer on the computer on which the problem occurs, logged in with the user account on which the problem occurs.
2. Click on the Tools menu, and selection Internet Options...
3. On the General tab, click on the "Languages..." button.
4. Make sure that there is at least one language selection in the Language list box of the Language Preference dialog box.

Note:

If a non-English language is already listed, English will need to be added and moved up to the top of the list.
