Error in Executing SQL Statement - Message: Violation of Primary Key constraint 'PK_T_ServerAvail (4344748)

Error in Executing SQL Statement - Message: Violation of Primary Key constraint 'PK_T_ServerAvailability'. Cannot insert a duplicate key in object 'dbo.ServerAvailability'

This is caused by running  two Server Uptime Performance Counter tasks  in one 24 hour period.   Usually this means that there is more than one default gathering configured to run in a 24 hour period on the same Source (Ex: Organization, Region, Server etc)

You must remove one of the duplicate gathering tasks. This will cause the next scheduled gathering to run without error.
