Adding SID History during synchronization for particular object classes only (4344570)

During synchronization it is desired to keep (add) SID history only for groups and not migrate the SID history for users.
How can this be done?  
Are  there any XML scripts or add-ins or custom solutions available?

This doesn't require a custom solution and can be configured when using the feature "Attributes to Skip" under synchronization properties.

Click "Advanced" and select the attribute sIDHistory for object class "User", when skipping ensure it is being skipped both ways (Apply to | Two-way Sync).
