ERROR: [404-14-20-00000000] Unable to extract user's address book(s)

The following error can be seen in the log file:

There will also be multiple "PabsToIgnore" entries defined in the gwmigapp.ini.

STATUS

This issue was resolved in version MFG 4.2.0.13. The latest MFG software is located here.

After upgrading MFG, the parameter PabsToIgnore can be added to the ini file.

1. Open the gwmigapp.ini file.
2. Locate the [GroupWise] section
3. Add/verify:
   • PabsToIgnore=<PABName>
4. Save and Close the gwmigapp.ini file.

Note: To specify two or more PABs to exclude, separate their names with semicolons:

In this case, there were many users in the Exchange environment, so the CMG GroupWise shared address book spanned many shared address books. If all CMG Groupwise shared address books were added to the PabsToIgnore parameter, and the user(s) to be migrated were not a member of all the shared address books (which they shouldn't be), the error above would be logged and all address books would fail to migrate.
