Sybase agent still shows in the databases dashboard after the agent has been removed. It shows unknown state.

Resolution
Remove the agent instances from the data management screen.
Navigate to Homes | Administration | Data Management
Remove instances of the agent from the following data models:
- Foglight4Model > IPMap > [hostname] > Agents
- Agent manager (or Foglight Agent manager) > Instances > [hostname] (fglam) > [hostname] > Agents
- Host Model > Hosts > [hostname] > Agents
Note that depending on versions, the instances of the sybase agent may additional places along the data model tree.
