Migrating discussion boards from SharePoint 2003 to online shows incomplete, inconsistent metadata. -
Cause
Migrating from SharePoint 2003 is no longer supported. -
Resolution
Try both db connection or NWS (Native Web Service connection to source).
Try also copying the content in batches using Item-level filters in Content Matrix.
This is a best-effort workaround due to supportability.
