The following error is reported when during the gathering of tracking logs from the Exchange Server:
Error: EOSError Message:System Error. Code: 64.The specified network name is no longer available
During a manual copy the tracking log files from one Exchange Server to the MessageStats Server it failed after about 15 minutes with the exact error message reported by MessageStats. A router between the two servers was experiencing issues but once reset, the copy worked successfully.
Please confirm conductivity (all network and bandwidth should be considered and investigated) between the MessageStats console and the Exchange Server, in particular the location of the tracking logs.
