During a restore of an Offline EDB file, when it comes to the point where it is rolling the transaction log files back into the database, a dialogue box pops up asking for the location of the ESE.DLL file. I am unable to move forward and canceling the task is the only option. Why is this happening and how can I get around it?
A corrupt Exchange 5.5 priv.edb file causes this issue.
A new restore of the Exchange priv.edb file will resolve this issue.
