How can I increase the maximum number of rows displayed on the report?
The report selected takes a long time to run, then returns only 3000 records\rows. A message is displayed stating that the report exceeded the maximum number of entries, or the maximum report size has been reached.
1. On the IIS server where MessageStats Reports are installed open Regedit.
2. Depending on the MessageStats Version and Architecture of the server OS, navigate to the following Registry Key:
Version 7.3 and Later:
32-Bit Server: HKLM\Software\Dell\MessageStats\ClientDB
64-Bit Server: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Dell\MessageStats\ClientDb
Version 7.2 and Earlier:
32-Bit Server: HKLM\Software\Quest Software\MessageStats\ClientDB
64-Bit Server: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest Software\MessageStats\ClientDb
3. Locate the string value called MaxRows and modify its value to the desired maximum number.
If this string does not exist, create it by selecting Edit | New, then choose String Value and name it MaxRows, then modify its value to the desired maximum number of rows.
The report object will now use this value when requesting a report. Please not that the Usage Reports will go through all mailboxes before returning any amount of desired information.
