The issue is that .... SQL Server listens on port 4318
How do I tell Spotlight that ....name.....SQL Server listens on port 4318?
You need to create new connection specifying SQL Server port in the following way: “NAME,4318”.
If it failed, be sure SSMS can connect to this SQL Server over TCP/IP. If it also failed, check that SQL Server port is not blocked by firewall.
