SpotlightResources.dll is file from Spotlight and it is not a virus. These errors come up only with McAfee used as an antivirus software.
If McAfee support cannot address the issue, Spotlight can be uninstalled and installed in top directory (for Example C: or D: drive rather than under program files). This sometimes bypasses the McAfee bug.
