This error occurred as a result of upgrade from previous version. Previously configured by you Databases - Dynamic Data File Growths Remaining and Databases - Dynamic Log File Growths Remaining alarms were broken during product update.
WORKAROUND:
Restore default settings for the mentioned alarms on both connection and site levels:
1. Go to Diagnostic Server Administration | Alarms
2. Select the Databases - Dynamic Data File Growths Remaining alarm. Uncheck the Override default settings for the rule option (it will restore default settings for this alarm); press ok button;
3. Select the Databases - Dynamic Log File Growths Remaining alarm. Uncheck the Override default settings for the rule option; press ok button;
4. It is also necessary to restore default settings for the same 2 alarms on connection level for every Spotlight connection. To do this right-click on the first connection, go to properties | monitoring restore default settings for mentioned alarms and repeat the same actions for every connection.
5. Then reconfigure alarms in the way desired.
