Yes, NetVault LiteSpeed for SQL Server supports SQL Server 2012 32-bit and 64-bit as you can see in the Release notes of the product:

Note: versions 7.0, 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 also support SQl Server 2012 but it is always recommended to install the last version of the product.
