Getting error "The Diagnostic Server connection is not available" when trying to connect -
Resolution
On the error that you get, please click on configure and follow the wizard in order to install the Diagnostic server.
The Diagnostic server needs to be installed.This is the service that supplies data to Spotlight Client(s) in real time.
If the Diagnostic Server is already installed and the error persists please have a look a the deployment guide for instructions and privileges needed.You can find the deployment guide on the link below:
