Cannot use SQL Optimizer at all. Even sending a Support bundle is not possible as the tool crashes.
Corrupted installation
Uninstall and install SQL Optimizer again.
To uninstall the tool please go to Start | Programs | Quest Software | Uninstall Quest Products and select Quest SQl optimizer For Oracle
Then download the SQL Optimizer installer and install it.
The installer can be downloaded from https://support.quest.com/Default.aspx
The log files show a lot of "Error "Could not load file or assembly 'file:/" errors.
