Receive error when trying to view web report: "HTTP Error 404: The Page cannot be found.". -
Resolution
CAUSE
This error can occur if the path to the MessagestatsReports Virtual Directory contains a double back slash (\\) somewhere in the path.
WORKAROUND
Open the Internet Information Services console and right-click on the MessagestatsReports Virtual Directory and select Properties. Select the Virtual Directory tab and verify the File Path does not contain a double back slash (\\) anywhere in the path. If it does, then remove one of the back slashes to correct the path and try to view the web report again. If the error persists, restart the IIS Admin Service.
