Testcases are imported to the wrong user where importing as a different user, other than the owne (4329425)

If importing test cases the testcase owner is only set properly if you directly click to:
"Set to ..." in "Settings for Programs and Test Code Owners" to the program owner.

If importing multiple testcases, the program owner is always set to the schema of the testcode owner.
That means either for the export or for the import, the program owner is not handled properly.

WORKAROUND:
Separately set the Testcode owner for each Testcase.

STATUS:
Waiting for a fix to be released in a future version of the Quest Code Tester for Oracle.
