How to remove red line Function Separator shown in editor?

The red line is a function separator.

1. Select View | Toad Options from the main menu of Toad.
2. On the left hand side, select Editor | Behavior.
3. On the right hand side, under Languages, select PL/SQL and hit the Edit button.
4. In the Language Management dialog box, select Rules tab, and select Function Separator in the "Rule names" list
5. Click on the Disable button.
