If you go into the Rules page and change the rule cartridge drop down to a different rule, the page shows an error "There is no data to display". This also occurs if you make any change or simply view a rule. You have to click out of the Rules screen and return in order to get the rule listing.
* You went to Rules Management dashboard | Chose a Vmware rule | view & edit | Rule Editor, edit somepart of the rule | Click "Rule Management link" to get back to rules, it displayed an error "There is No data to display"
