"no common column in indexes unique / enforcing constraint" message is shown as result when quest_spc_reorg_type package is run against a non-partitioned table to verify if it can be switched using online-switch type.
If a non-partitioned table does not have one of the below attributes, it is not supported to be reorganized using the online-switch style.
1. multiple unique indexes and/or
2. the indexes used for enforcing the constraints do not share at least one column
WORKAROUND:
To reorganize non-partitioned table which has been flagged with this message, use the T-lock switch style instead of Online-switch style.
