Description

Attempting to preview a meeting or task request in the Recovery Manager Console may fail
with the error “The operation failed. An object cannot be found.”
Cause

This issue only occurs if Outlook 2013 is installed on the Recovery Manager for Exchange computer.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
To preview the meeting or task request:
1 Export the request to an .msg file.
2 Open the .msg file in Outlook.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in the future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.
