Description
When downloading Toad installer and accompanying documentation, an error shows with the following message when a location is entered to save the files.
Unable to Save File:Please try again to save to a different location.
Web browser being used is FireFox.

Resolution
Use the browser to download the files directly. On the Download folder window, use "Click here to download the files directly from your browser".
