Error 'Could not load file or assembly' when trying to uninstall (4324755)

When trying to uninstall Recovery Manager for Exchange you receive the following error:
"Could not load file or assembly "QuestSoftware.Licensing.Interop, Version=1.3.0.16, Culture=nuetral, PublicKeyToken=cad7840cee602442" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

There are orphaned registry entries that need to be cleaned up.

Use the MS Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove these entries.
