Description

While attempting a redirected restore from CA BrightStor ArcServe 11.5 you receive the error: no valid destination
Cause

This is a known issue with SP2 for ArcServe 11.5 as outlined on CA's website: http://supportconnect.ca.com/sc/kb/problemdetail.jsp?docid=405071&productcd=AXWBAS&problemnbr=1542#properties
Resolution

Download and install SP3 for ArcServe 11.5
