You receive the following error when trying to connect to a Blackberry Domain. The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'PR_BB_InsertConfigDatabases', database 'MessageStats', schema 'dbo'

Cause
The required role memberships are not mapped to the MessageStats Database.

Resolution
Follow the Steps below to add the role memberships to the MessageStats database
1. Launch SQL Management Studio and expand Security | Logins
2. Right click on the MessageStats Domain service account and select properties
3. In the left hand column click on User Mapping.
4. For the “Users Mapped to this Login” section put a check mark in the box beside the MessageStats database.
5. Under the “Database role Memberships for” section select – Public, MessageStats_Admin, db_securityadmin and db_ddladmin. Click OK.
