Description
If you have a large t-logand you need a longer maintenance timeframe to re-index, there may not be enough time for the re-index to complete before the next t-log process starts

Resolution
These are the step to take:
Stop Log Shipping jobs on Publisher and Subscriber.
Re-Index Publisher
Backup Log, send it over to the Subscriber.
Restore Backup log to Subscriber.
Restart Log Shipping jobs.
