Unable to make a csv connection in Toad Data Point, getting error : " Datasource name not found and no default driver specified"

Cause
Working with Office 365 and libraries for Access engine are not installed on the machine. -
Resolution
Download the libraries from Microsoft Website, make sure if Toad Data Point is 32 bit, install the 32 bit libraries, and if the environment is 64 bit, install 64 bit libraries.

Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable
The steps to install these libraries are shown on this same page. It is suggested to restart the machine once the installation has finished.
Next step: Toad Data Point should be able to create a CSV connection without problem.
