When attempting to install Spotlight on Active Directory, an error indicating that the following files were not registered:

Resolution
This error may occur because the ATL.DLL file in the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{44EC053A-400F-11D0-9DCD-00A0C90391D3}\InProcServer32\(default) is pointing to a different ATL.DLL that the installer is expecting to use. This change can occur through a software installation that requires its own ATL.DLL file.
Change the string to point to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ATL.DLL and attempt the installation again.
