Error Code: 0x00000005 - 'Cannot Set user rights' when installing Resource Updating Agent manuall (4322820)

When installing Resource Updating Agent manually on the workstations / servers is getting Installer information error, even the account use is part of Local Administrator groups of the workstations / servers:

Cannot set user rights.
Error Code: 0x000000005
Error Description:

The account specified during the Agent Setup configuration do not have right when granting priveleges 'SeServiceLogonRight', this could due to the environment had policy or security hardening being set to the workstations / servers.

From the workstation/server that having problem perform the following steps:

1. Go to "Start" | Run | gpedit.msc
2. In Group Policy dialog, go to "Local Computer Policy" | Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment
3. Look for the Policy "Log on as a service" and open
4. Try to grant the account specified here natively whether it is successfully.

If the steps perform getting the same error, please check if the users had been assigned in "Deny logon as a service" policy or other security hardening that may prevent this right from being granted.
