Cause
Defect in Notes Migrator for Sharepoint 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.1.2 & 5.2. This issue happen in Japanese Operating System Environment

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Rename the name of existing attachment in notes document, and ensure that there are no duplicate attachment with the same name exist in notes document

To be fix in the future release of Notes Migrator for SharePoint -
