Server Side:
Reinstall product and then restore the following:
1. All config files in (Program Files)\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint Services \Import Service.
2. Link Tracking database on SQL Server (if used - restore the database first and reconnect to existing link tracking database).
NOTE: It is no need to reconfigure all of the site collections, as this information is saved as SharePoint properties and should be recoved when you restore SharePoint.
Client Side:
Reinstall product and then restore the following:
For Windows 2008 / 2008 R2 / Vista / Windows 7:
1. All shared config files and reports in (Program Data)\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint\(version).
2. All personal config files and reports for each user in C:\Users\(Users)\AppData\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint\(version).
3. Quest Repository.nsf (and any other repositories that have been created) in the Lotus Notes data directory.
For Windows 2003 / XP:
1. All shared config files and reports in C:\Document and settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint\(version).
2. All personal config files and reports for each user in C:\Document and settings\(user)\Application Data\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint\(version).
3. Quest Repository.nsf (and any other repositories that have been created) in the Lotus Notes data directory.
NOTE: Kindly backup the path and databases on each of the steps mention above.
