Resolution
Yes, Content Matrix migrates the formula of Calculated columns. However, the actual value will be computed in the target SharePoint environment. In addition to that, when a referenced column (e.g. Lookup, Calculated) does not exist on the target environment yet, then the Calculated column that references to it cannot be migrated.
