Description
When try to start Quest Directory Synchronization Activation Service, getting error in dsa.log:
"-335544307 Error 0xec00000d. Activation: input parameter 'ServiceAttributes' was not set. Exiting." -
Cause
Directory Synchronization Agent (DSA) will stop working in case at least one domain is inaccessible.

Resolution
Ensure all the domain pair that configured in DSA Server is accessible.
