How to change the setting so that Toad will not try to access the internet automatically when sta (4321801)

My PC does not have internet access.  After installing Toad and launching it, Toad will just display a web page with a message saying that the page is not found and there is no menu for me to change any setting in Toad.

Please try the suggestion below to fix the issue:
1. Exit Toad.
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for SQL Server 3.2
3. Right click on the Setting.xml file and select Edit.
4. Go to the menu Edit | Find and enter "ToadStudioOnline" and click on the Find Next button
5. Replace "ToadStudioOnline"with "Editor".
6. Save and close file.
7. Start up Toad again.
