Description
The QMM Statistics Portal stops working and IIS displays the following error:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Aelita.SWP.ADMWModule.Components, Version=8.4.0.13, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its ddependencies. Access is denied."
The QMM installation is a default installation on W2k8R2 x64 with IIS 7.5, "Enable 32-Bit Applications" has been set to "True".
The portal works normally, but occasionally it hangs itself up. It seems to have to do with the IIS Application Pool. So far, only a server reboot would fix the problem.
Restarting IIS or restarting the Application Pool doesn't help.
Setting the following registry key doesn't help:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\LSA
DisableLoopbackCheck DWORD 0x00000001 (1) -
Cause
Access is denied for some reason to the temporary asp.net folders within IIS.

Resolution
To resolve the error grant full-control to the users group on these folders:
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files"
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files"
